Catering Suggestions:

Staff: ( the size of the catered event dictates the suggested number of appropriate persons needed to ensure the best service & professional environment:

( there is a four hour minimum for staffing , and staff must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to affair) …Cancellations up to 48 hour prior will not forfeit staff deposit

Wait Person $35 hour

Chef: $50. per hour

Bus person $15 per hour
